Por isso, assim que vi essa receita percebi que ela teria um qu\u00f3rum enorme l\u00e1 em casa: chiqu\u00e9rrima, gostosa e super leve. Leve se voc\u00ea comer em propor\u00e7\u00f5es normais, n\u00e9, bem? Porque n\u00f3s matamos essa torta em tr\u00eas, o que deixou o &#8220;leve&#8221; l\u00e1 longe. Para n\u00e3o perder o costume, essa foi &#8220;emprestada&#8221; do <a href=\"http:\/\/elvirabistrot.blogspot.com\/2010\/07\/quiche-de-salmao-fumado-e-alho-frances.html\" target=\"_blank\">Elvira&#8217;s Bistrot<\/a>, tamb\u00e9m de Portugal &#8211; mas que, no final das receitas, deixa um pequeno gloss\u00e1rio para n\u00f3s brasileiros, afinal, essa receita, para ela, se chama &#8220;Quiche de salm\u00e3o fumado e alho franc\u00eas&#8221;!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Ingredientes:<\/strong><br \/>\n3 ovos<br \/>\n120 g de farinha de trigo<br \/>\n500 ml de leite<br \/>\n100 g de queijo ralado (acho que usei um gruy\u00e8re que encontrei na geladeira)<br \/>\n100 g de fatias finas de salm\u00e3o defumado<br \/>\n1 alho por\u00f3 cortado em meias-luas finas<br \/>\n30 g de manteiga<br \/>\nsal e pimenta do reino<br \/>\n1\/2 ramo de cebolinha<\/p>\n<p><a title=\"96. N\u00e3o pode ficar muito duro.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma tigela, misture os ovos e a farinha e adicione o leite aos poucos. Tempere com sal e pimenta, adicione o queijo, o salm\u00e3o e o alho por\u00f3. Leve a uma forma de quiche untada com manteiga e cubra com as cebolinhas picadas.
