Primeiro quebre 6 biscoitos cream crackers<\/strong> (com um socador de alho ou no processador) em peda\u00e7os pequenos e misture com bastante salsinha<\/strong> picada, um dente de alho<\/strong> picado,\u00a0raspas de 1 lim\u00e3o, sal<\/strong> e pimenta do reino<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Eu sugiro deixar o peixe no lim\u00e3o e depois no gengibre, por um tempo antes de come\u00e7ar a receita para ele perder aquele gosto e cheiro forte de peixe.<\/p>\n

Na hora de grelhar, coloque: um prato com farinha de trigo<\/strong>, um prato com 1 ovo<\/strong> mexido com o garfo e outro prato com essa mistura de cream crackers. Passe o peixe primeiro pela farinha, depois pelo ovo, depois pelos biscoitos, dos dois lados e coloque em uma forma antiaderente com azeite.<\/p>\n

Confesso que eu n\u00e3o sou muito f\u00e3 de peixes, e achei a receita com frango muito melhor, mas aqui em casa ela parece ter sido aprovada.<\/p>\n
